I was also looking at the Google Search Console as it’s showing a couple of errors. My investigation into the errors, which indicated that some of the beginner.beginner.beginner.beginner.beginner.beginner.beginner.beginner.blooger.me pages were flagged “no index”. I must have set things up that way in the beginning, but I don’t recall. However, I have just spent around four hours digging around in WordPress and the plug-ins, trying to find the offending switch. I have found it and now the whole site is open to Google.
That was a bit of a pain.
And then … the more I do, the more I can see that I need to do more. Menu Structures, keep coming back to say “hello”. It’s not too much of an issue because I was expecting it, but it takes time nonetheless.
And then I had to revisit the Google Analytics opt-out posts. I have one left to do, and then I will review and post.
Tomorrow, I shall finish them, but I’m not going to be doing IE and Opera.
Diary Menu Structure
When I was clicking on the “Diary” option at the top of the Menu, and then on the diary selections (“BloogerMe” and “The Road Blog”), I noticed that the posts that I expected to see appearing were appearing in the wrong places. The logic was working but the structure was wrong.

I looked in [Posts > Categories] and saw that the two intended sub-menus were not properly related to the main menu [Diary]. I have made the adjustments and they are now related properly.

Now, the BloogerMe diaries show up if you click on “BloogerMe” and / or “Diary”, but not if you click on “The Road Blog”. If you were to click on “BloogerMe”, you would only see the BloogerMe diary. You would not see it if you were to click on “The Road Blog”.
There is more about creating blog menus here in the “How do I make a Blog menu?” post. All this stuff takes time!
Google Analytics opt-out
I spent some time writing the Google Analytics opt-out solutions for Chrome, Firefox and Safari. I think they are mostly right, but I am going to have to stop for the day. I’ll pick them up again tomorrow.
